We strive to keep the Washington DC Youth Rugby program FREE for all participants. Many youth sports in our area are cost prohibitive. We don’t want to exclude anyone for not having the funds to play. We provide uniforms, equipment, food and water, and at the end of the season, the kids get a rugby ball and a t-shirt so they can celebrate their accomplishment of finishing a season. Our coaches and administrators are all volunteers. All of the money raised goes directly to funding the program activities. Please consider a donation to keep our program going!
We would like to continue to grow the program, eventually having summer touch teams in all four quadrants of DC. We would also like to expand our high school program to include more DC Public Schools. We will help more kids in DC reach their physical fitness goals, encourage them to reach their educational goals, teach valuable life lessons, and provide a safe, fun after school and summer activity with friendships and memories that will last a lifetime.
